What is Bright Diamond Lifetime Warranty?
Our famous Lifetime Warranty covers every piece of jewelry on our website. No need to purchase a warranty or pay extra, it's automatically included with every item, and you can make a claim for it even without a receipt.
What does the warranty cover?
The Lifetime Warranty covers any potential issues such as color fading, tarnishing, rust, and other defects in every piece of our jewelry. Since we use real 14/18K gold PVD processing over all of our fine jewelry, that means these pieces can be worn all day, every day. Now, of course, this doesn't mean you should be careless with your jewelry.
Warranty Exclusions:
If your piece has been altered in any way, such as trimmed by a jeweler or re-painted in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.
Since gold, silver, and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occurs from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.
