What is the return policy?

We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the original delivery date. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging. To start your return, visit our Returns and Exchanges page.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

It can take up to 1–2 business days to process your refund once we’ve received the package. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete. Please allow 3–5 business days for refund transactions to reflect on your bank statement after completion.

There is an issue with my order! Wrong, defective, or missed item.

We’re so sorry to hear about this! Our team works hard to ensure orders are processed quickly and correctly, but things happen. If you received a damaged or defective product, wrong product, or are missing something from your order, please contact us at Support@BrightDiamond.us

To ensure a quick response, please include the following in your email: 

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A photo of the defective/wrong item you received (not applicable if you are missing an item from your order)
  3. Your current shipping address

Please keep in mind that very small items commonly shift during transit, and often end up at the bottom of a package, often underneath the complimentary materials inside your package. Please be sure to check everywhere before sending an email.
